Helping others reach their full potential
Mentoring and education holds a special place in my heart. I have worked with students from all over the world in learning new skills and guiding them through their transition into new career paths. Currently I’m part of Designlab's UX academy and also provide individual mentorship.
1. Get clarity on your learning journey
It’s overwhelming to learn from the vast amount of information on the Internet. I help mentees identify and prioritise what they need to learn. With a mentor, you will learn things you don’t find in books or courses. Unlike prepared materials, mentorship is not one-size-fits-all.
2. Grow quicker as a designer
Gain insight into how senior UX designers think and work. If you’re already working in the field, a mentor can recognise your blind spots and help you accelerate your growth. I’ve helped mentees improve their soft skills like communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
3. Receive career advice
Increase your confidence in your job search with support and advice from a mentor. Learn from a seasoned designer how to choose between different fields of work, how to evaluate job offers, how to negotiate and more.
4. Find a job in UX
If you’re struggling to find an internship or full-time job in UX, I can assess your situation and portfolio, and give advice as someone who has been on the other side of the table.
Who this can help?
